Position Title : Area Sales Manager(Aesthetic Division)
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
# Providing Growth in Secondary and Primary Sales through Strong Work Ethics.
# To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, product wise and unit wise, head quarter wise for the Area.
# Monitoring and maintaining outstanding within the stipulated credit norms.
# Leading from Front in Field Working.
# Tour programs and joint field work to be planned and executed to perfection.
# Acquire complete/in-depth knowledge of all products and give on job training to team.
# Planning and Execution of Numbers.
# Profiling of People and en cashing it for Business Development KOL and KBL development.
# On-time reporting.
# Developing new accounts,business tie-ups, negotiating, volume commitment.
# Should have extensive work experience in Dermatology. Experience in Paediatric will be added advantage.
# Should be working as 1st Line Manager or at least 2.5 years as Medical Representative with proven track record.
# Integrity should be the key strength.
# should have strong Analytical skills.
# Good listener.
# Strong Work Ethics.
# Possess excellent communication skills with good market exposure.
# Lead from Front.
