As MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE where you will be at the grass root level, meeting doctors and chemists promoting company's brands and ensuring brand building.
1. Good Communication skill.
2. Experience in pharma sales.
3. Candidate will be responsible for Sales & Business development activities.
4. Relationship building with doctors and hospitals
5. Will have to maintain regularity in relationship building
6. Do chemist survey to ensure availability of products.
7. Regular follow up with doctors, Specialist and Hospital Doctors etc.
8. Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
9. Facilitating Medical conferences.
10. Ensure proper distribution of samples and promotional scientific materials to selected Doctors.
11. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with chemist and stockist
12. Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
13. Regularly attending company meetings, product launch and briefings.
14. Ensure on time submission of DCR, expense statement etc. as per company policy.
15. Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
