Will have to perform the following tasks-
1. Web Presence:
- Providing site structure, Site navigation, Content Organization and Page Details
- SEM, Email affiliates, SMS, Social media, ad networks, Display, Mobile, Remarketing, Video ads etc.
- Manage and optimize web content following latest SEO practices as per Google Algorithms.
- Develop, drive and implement and overall E-commerce strategy to ensure revenue growth through increased customer acquisition, conversion and Average Order Value.
- Digital marketing strategy/road map for team (Organic, Social and Paid Campaigns)
- Overseeing of all Social Media accounts.
- Creation of effective landing pages, ad copies, and Social media campaigns for CPL goals.
- Instagram / Facebook/ You tube / Linkedin Advertisement
- Creation of specific campaigns to maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Technical SEO Optimization
- Keyword Ranking on various search engines
- Organic (SEO)/Paid Growth for all the Line of Business
- Develop & implement customer acquisition strategy that includes of SEO, Affiliated marketing, social media.
- Measure KPIs and ROI, Preparation of marketing budget
- Accountable for talking active part in online promotions on market places keeping ROI metrics intact.
- Monitoring of competition and finding best ways out to stand amongst the competitors.
- Forecasting of sales performance trends and work proactively to increase market share.
- Traffic Analysis & Reporting.

- Google Analytics Dashboards
- Google ad words
- Maintain Google webmaster tools and report on findings periodically.
- Creation of tracking & monitoring mechanism for campaign performance using GA.
Required Candidate profile
- Any Bachelor’s degree with MBA or Post Graduate in English/Sociology or related field
- Candidate with Prior experience E-Commerce industry has added advantage.
- Candidates should have at least 2 year of experience in similar job function.
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mind-set and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
